The Curacao gambling license confirms the legality of the company’s work in India and dozens of other countries. It is valid in all states that recognize this jurisdiction. There are a number of excluded territories – Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. Here the Curacao license is not legally valid and cannot be used by the company to organize gambling.

If you find that a company is operating under a Curaçao license in a prohibited country, you can report it to the Gaming Commission. But before doing so, make sure that the legality of the company in this jurisdiction is not confirmed by another license.
