Fighting Fraud

Parimatch is a licensed bookmaker and online casino. We operate under a Curaçao license and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policies. Any such activities are prohibited on our site. Attempts of financial fraud are suppressed and punished by account blocking. A number of rules are in place to combat fraud:

• Only adult users are allowed to play. You must be at least 18 years old to bet and play at the casino. Verification may be performed to confirm your identity;
• Each user can have no more than one account. Creating a second account will result in a lockout. The money on the balance will also be frozen;
• Deposits and withdrawals are allowed only within the established limits for payment systems and transactions per day, week and month;
• For payment transactions, you can only use the e-wallet and bank card that are registered to the account holder. You may not withdraw money or make deposits from other people’s details;
• Only one person is allowed to play from one device and IP address. If there are two or more of you, you must inform Parimatch Support and verify all accounts.

In case of suspected fraud, Parimatch security service may temporarily block your account for investigation. If the fraud is not confirmed, the block will be lifted. Otherwise, it will become permanent and your details will be passed to law enforcement authorities.
